Prabhakar is a serial entrepreneur, seasoned startup CEO, and proven growth leader with over 30 years of global experience spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of BluWis, he leads the company’s vision to empower businesses through next-generation SAP, AI, and cloud solutions.

With a strong foundation from senior leadership roles at SAP, Prabhakar developed deep expertise in enterprise applications and digital transformation, building top SAP consulting practices and strong executive relationships in industries like manufacturing, oil & gas, and consumer packaged goods.

Before founding BluWis, Prabhakar held key leadership roles at top-tier organizations, including KaarTech, HTC Global Services, IBM, SAP and Accenture, with proven success in building high-performance teams, P&L ownership, and driving large-scale SAP transformations. He is passionate about cultivating cultures of collaboration and customer-centric innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Under his leadership, BluWis is positioned as a trusted partner for enterprises looking to modernize core systems and embrace intelligent, cloud-enabled futures.

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Prabhakar balances his professional leadership with community engagement and lifelong learning.

Rajesh Raj

Chief Revenue Officer

Rajesh Raj is the Chief Revenue Officer and a founding member of BluWis. A seasoned technology business executive and entrepreneur, Rajesh brings over 25 years of global experience in scaling enterprises and driving digital transformation across the SAP ecosystem, enterprise software, and cloud innovation.

Rajesh is widely recognized for combining strategic foresight with operational rigor to deliver measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining BluWis, he built the enterprise business from the ground up to over $50 million in just two years with KaarTech North America, establishing strategic OEM partnerships, leading customer-facing functions, and securing one of the largest SAP-led transformation programs for a global Oil & Gas leader.

Prior to that, Rajesh held senior leadership roles at IBM, SAP, and AWS, contributing to high-impact global initiatives and consistently driving revenue growth, customer success, and enterprise transformation. He is also an active investor and board advisor to early- and growth-stage startups.

At BluWis, Rajesh will lead the global revenue strategy, accelerate growth through innovation, and foster strategic partnerships—bringing his proven track record and entrepreneurial mindset to every customer engagement.

R. Ramki

Chief Delivery Officer

R. Ramakrishnan, a.k.a Ramki, brings over three decades of rich, hands-on experience in advising and guiding businesses through the ever-evolving landscape of Enterprise Applications. With a strong foundation in Manufacturing, Project Management, and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Ramki transitioned into the enterprise IT space where he has since built a formidable reputation across industries such as Manufacturing, Energy & Resources, Professional Services, Public Sector, and Defence.

His leadership journey has touched nearly every facet of enterprise technology — from hands-on operations at Tata Steel to senior executive roles at SAP, IBM, and Oracle across India, Southeast Asia, and the APAC region, where he helped customers navigate complex transformation programs. He is known not just for his strategic delivery acumen, but for his ability to lead with empathy and build trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners alike.

At BluWis, Ramki leads the delivery and customer success organization, focused on building scalable delivery models, driving measurable client outcomes, and ensuring our solutions continuously align with evolving enterprise needs. His mission is to create a delivery culture rooted in excellence, agility, and trust.

Ramki is based in Bangalore, India. When he’s not driving delivery outcomes, you’ll likely find him enjoying some of his college-time passions — music, quizzing, contract bridge, and food.

Meghana Dhall

Chief Marketing Officer

Meghana brings over 20 years of strategic marketing and leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and brand transformation across global enterprises. As CMO at BluWis, she leads the company’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation to establish BluWis as a trusted partner in the SAP and enterprise technology space.

Before joining BluWis, Meghana held key marketing leadership roles at Alcon, spearheading innovation, product launches with go-to-market strategies and commercial planning. Prior to that, she held progressive marketing roles at Essilor of America and Essilor Group, driving category development, product launches, and multi-channel marketing programs that delivered sustained growth and customer engagement.

As we look toward what’s next in the world of digital transformation, Meghana remains passionate about shaping a brand that’s bold, human, and relentlessly customer-centric and creating strong go-to-market strategies with a laser focus on measurable business impact.

Meghana earned her MBA from Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis, and remains committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth as BluWis expands its footprint in digital transformation and SAP consulting.

Sunil Shetty

Managing Director, APJ

Sunil Shetty joins the Executive Leadership team as the Managing Director, APJ region. He is an accomplished sales leader with over two decades of experience in the enterprise applications business with an objective to help solving business problems using technology. Sunil worked with SAP India and SAP Malaysia for over 17 years and took on several roles in Sales and Consulting. A seasoned strategist and relationship builder, Sunil has led engagements that has seen complex and high-impact solutions being delivered. He has managed multiple Industries in the Large Enterprise, Mid-Market and Public Sector as well. Sunil, has been Instrumental in building key executive connects to establish a long-standing trusted business relationship

At BluWis, Sunil will focus on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market reach. The convergence of business complexity, technological advancement, and a drive for sustainable growth, positions the APJ region as a hotbed of innovation.
