Prabhakar Prasad is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BluWis and a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of global leadership experience across North America, Europe, and Asia. He brings deep expertise in global P&L management, cloud and digital transformation, and large-scale system integration across industries.

Prabhakar has a proven track record of entering new markets, scaling net-new businesses, and expanding strategic client relationships. He played a pivotal role in leveraging the cloud transformation wave to position IBM as a leading AWS Consulting Partner.

Previously, he founded Intrigo, an entrepreneurial venture that became SAP’s leading cloud partner in Supply Chain Management and Procurement, and successfully led the company through its acquisition by Accenture.

His strengths span business inception and growth, C-suite engagment, go-to-market (GTM) execution, delivery leadership, and ecosystem partnership development.

Rajesh Raj

Chief Revenue Officer

Rajesh Raj is the Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of BluWis, bringing over 25 years of global leadership experience across enterprise software, the SAP ecosystem, and cloud innovation. A seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur, he has a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-growth businesses.

Prior to BluWis, Rajesh built a North America–based enterprise technology business from inception to over $50 million in revenue within two years. During this time, he established strategic OEM partnerships, led global customer-facing functions, and secured one of the largest SAP-led transformation programs for a global Oil & Gas enterprise.

Earlier in his career, Rajesh held senior leadership roles at IBM, SAP, and AWS, where he drove revenue growth, customer success, and large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. He is also an active investor and board advisor to early- and growth-stage startups.p>

R. Ramki

Chief Delivery Officer

R. Ramakrishnan (Ramki) is the Chief Delivery Officer at BluWis, bringing over 30 years of experience leading enterprise application delivery and large-scale business transformation programs. With a strong foundation in Manufacturing, Project Management, and Business Process Re-engineering, he has advised organizations across Manufacturing, Energy & Resources, Professional Services, Public Sector, and Defense.

Ramki’s career spans hands-on operations at Tata Steel and senior leadership roles at SAP, IBM, and Oracle across India and the APAC region. He is widely respected for delivering complex transformation initiatives while building strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.

At BluWis, Ramki leads delivery and customer success, focused on scalable delivery models, measurable outcomes, and a culture rooted in excellence, agility, and trust.

Ramki is based in Bangalore, India. When he’s not driving delivery outcomes, you’ll likely find him enjoying some of his college-time passions — music, quizzing, contract bridge, and food.

Meghana Dhall

Chief Marketing Officer

Meghana brings over 20 years of strategic marketing and leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and brand transformation across global enterprises. As Chief Marketing Officer at BluWis, she leads global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation to establish BluWis as a trusted partner in the SAP and enterprise technology ecosystem.

Prior to BluWis, Meghana held senior marketing leadership roles at Alcon, where she led innovation initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market strategy. Earlier in her career, she held progressive marketing roles at Essilor of America and the Essilor Group, driving category development, brand management, multi-channel marketing programs, and sustained commercial growth.

Sunil Shetty

Managing Director, APJ

Sunil Shetty is the Managing Director for the APJ region and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at BluWis. He is an accomplished enterprise sales leader with over two decades of experience helping organizations solve complex business challenges through technology.

Sunil spent more than 17 years with SAP across India and Malaysia, where he held senior roles in Sales and Consulting. He has led high-impact engagements across Large Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Public Sector customers, delivering complex, outcome-driven solutions across multiple industries. Known as a trusted advisor and relationship builder, Sunil has established strong executive partnerships that drive long-term business value.
